Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Customized (names added with embroidery, special sizes, unique fabrics, etc.) are not generally refundable. However, if you received your item with errors on my part, please contact me to find a resolution to your problem.
Sizing details
All items have measurements in the description as well as additional photos with common items to show size. Please read carefully the size description included. This will help prevent misconceptions about sizing. The terms "small", "medium", and "large" are arbitrary and have no standard meaning. Again, please read descriptions carefully before buying.
Care instructions
Most items in my shop are made with unwashed 100% cotton fabric. While cotton fabric is generally washable and dry-able, please use care when washing. All cotton fabrics shrink to some degree and may wrinkle in the wash. You may iron these items with a warm iron or smooth them out while damp to prevent wrinkles. If you have an further questions, please convo me.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer gift wrapping at this time. I will however include a gift note when requested with your purchases.
Wholesale availability
I do not offer wholesale pricing at this time. There may be occasional sales or discounts on some items. Please check back.

Custom items are welcome! Some of my best sellers are a variation from YOUR requests! All custom items are payable up front with processing time given at the time of order.
